If the delivered product turned out to be defective, please follow the instructions below to address the issue and help us avoid similar situations in the future.

For product returns:

1. Fill out the attached Annex II, which is available below. You can include it either physically with the returning order or send it electronically via email to the following address: info@rainbowsocks.com.

2. Send the return package to the following address:

Please note that you are responsible for the payment of the return package.

3. Once the package arrives at our warehouse, we will process your refund within 14 days, and the full amount will be credited back to your bank account.

For product complaints:

1. Inform us via email about the reason for the complaint. Attach Annex I along with clear photos showing the damage. Send the email to: info@rainbowsocks.com.

2. Within 14 days, you will receive a decision regarding your complaint.

3. If a return is required, please send it back to the following address:

In this case, we will cover the costs of the return delivery. Remember to send us the shipping confirmation or receipt indicating the postal service costs.

4. Within 14 days of receiving the returned product in our warehouse, we will refund the full amount of your order, including the costs of the return delivery, back to your bank account.
