Where are Rainbow Socks products produced?

Rainbow Socks products are proudly produced in the EU.


What is the quality of Rainbow Socks products?

Our socks are produced with the use of top-quality materials. The cotton used for the production of our socks comes from India and Germany. 

The yarn that we use is Oeko-Tex certified. It is an international safety standard of textile products. Owing to its thermal insulation properties, the cotton protects your feet against cold and overheating. 

The majority of our socks have the following composition: 80% cotton, 17% polyamide, and 3% elastane.


I am not sure what my size is. Where can I find the detailed dimensions of the product?

How should I wash and care for my socks?

We recommend washing our socks inside out at 30°C. If you set the temperature too high, the socks may shrink. 

However, remember that socks like ours, with high top-quality combed cotton content tend to shrink a bit when washed even at a low temperature. 

Don’t worry - it’s a sign of quality and not a flaw! After stretching them in hands or putting them on, the socks will regain their original shape.


Can I change the colours of the socks in a set?

Unfortunately, there is no possibility to change the colours of the socks in a set. You can choose from a number of options, but you can’t introduce any changes to the existing sets.

How can I pay for my order?

We accept payment via PayLane international payment services, PayPal, Przelewy24 and Revolut Pay.

Via Paylane we accept Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, American Express, Diners Club International, JCB, NEXI, EB, DK and other various local debit cards. Also Sofort, Klara, Ideal, Blik, Google Pay and PayPal as well as various local debit cards. All transactions handled by PayLane international payment services are encrypted with additional security including 3-D Secure, GeoIP, AVS, CVV, CVC. PayLane is fully PCI Level 1 compliant.

If you have a PayPal account, you can choose it as the method of payment. PayPal works in full compliance with PCI (Payment Card Industry) and CISP (Cardholder Information Security Program) that are the international best practice standards for data protection. The personal and financial information stored in an PayPal account is securely encrypted to ensure your complete protection.

Przelewy24 offers many payment methods, including bank transfers, card payments (Visa Classic, Visa Electron, MasterCard, Diners Club, PBK, JCB, American Express), MasterPass service, hire purchase e-Raty, electronic wallets (PayPal, Skrill, YetiPay and SkyCash), mobile payments, currency payments, Paysafecard, BLIK, Apple Pay, Google Pay. Przelewy24 is safe - is has PCI/DSS standard certificate, Thatwe SSL certificate and McAfee Secure technology.

Revolut Pay is a payment method available to all customers holding a personal Revolut account.There is no need to input any card details or bank account numbers. You are protected by the Pay with Revolut Buyer Protection Policy which allows to raise a claim if you believe the merchant hasn’t fulfilled your order.


Can I change my shipping address?

If you want to change your shipping address right after you placed an order, please contact us at info@rainbowsocks.com. 

However, if you receive a confirmation that your order has been shipped out, changing your shipping address will be impossible.


Can I cancel my order before it is shipped out?

Once your payment is credited to our account, the order is shipped out within the following business day. If the order has not been paid yet, it can be easily cancelled. However, if you change your mind right after the payment is made, please let us know as soon as possible.

Are Rainbow Socks products available in a stationary store?

Rainbow Socks products are not available in a stationary store. 

They are only available online.


Do you offer gift wrapping?

The products that can be found in “Socks Boxes” category are packed in a dedicated packaging that highlights the uniqueness of our products. 

Other option are not possible, yet. We work on it, let you know.


DELIVERY
What is the delivery cost?

Worldwide delivery is free of charge.

If you choose free delivery, you may not be provided with a tracking number of your order (there are several exceptions).

We also offer other forms of delivery, with varying delivery time. These options are paid and all offer the possibility of tracking. More details are available in Delivery


How long does the delivery take?

The delivery time depends on the country where the order has been placed and on the selected service. You can choose ground or air shipping. Air shipping is quicker. All detailed information on this topic can be found in the Delivery tab. Please keep in mind that all times are estimates and depend on the local postal service in your country.


How can I track my order?

It depends on the delivery option of your choice. We offer the four following options: Free (untracked), Standard (tracked), Courier (tracked), Air Shipping (tracked). If you choose the option with tracking, once you place your order you will receive a confirmation that it has been shipped out as well as an e-mail with a link to your order website, where you can find the tracking linkyou’re your invoice. For shipments to the USA, Canada, Australia, UK, Germany, Italy and Spain, the tracking link may be sent in a separate message. If you decide to cancel your order, you will also receive an e-mail once your request is fulfilled. In case of any problems, you can always ask our customer service for help.


How long will it take to process my order?

The order is processed within one business day, counting from the moment your payment is credited to our account.


Can I collect the order personally?

Unfortunately, the option of collecting the order personally is unavailable.


RETURN POLICY
I would like to return products

You should send a written declaration by email within 14 days from delivery date.

All items have to be unused with original labels and packaging intact. 

When you return any product, you must cover the shipping charges.

A full refund will be provided to your account within 14 days once you send the products back to us along with the statement of withdrawal from the agreement.
