As spring is approaching and the long summer evenings are ahead of us, we all can’t wait to spend more time outdoors. When on a long walk, riding a bike or having fun with friends, anyone would get hungry. Luckily, there is always at least one food truck along the way, so you can stop by for a quick bite. Some people would say that there is nothing better than street food. Have you ever wondered why do we like fast food and all kinds of food trucks so much? 

As the name implies, fast food is really a quick meal. These takeaways are prepared in a few minutes and sold at a reasonable price, but there’s a common assumption that they are unhealthy as well. Are they really? When someone says food truck, we think of a classic food combo - a juicy burger, some crispy fries and a refreshing drink, usually a cup of soda or beer. Here’s the surprise! Food trucks are not only about typical takeaways. They can offer you a variety of different meals, a whole culinary journey around the world!

A healthy lifestyle is now more trendy than ever, so it won’t be a problem to find a fast food restaurant or some food trucks that will serve you a tasty salad. Even if you don’t eat meat simply because you are a vegan, you don’t have to turn your back on takeaways forever.
